1. Equipment installation base

The installation of small-model （such as HLM-580、HLM-780）Hoop-Roller Mill doesn’t need special base. But it needs firm and aclinic mattess. Big-model （such as HLM-880,MT-188，FLM-1100） uses special ferroconcrete base. The drawing is supplied by the manufactory. Before installing the equipment, please make the special base first.

2. Electrical source

Except for the need of equipment installed capacity that the capacity of the electrical source must satisfy sufficiently, the electric need of the ancillary equipments must be considered too, such as the smashing, upgrading, air compressor, packaging and illumination and so on. The power supply must be three-phase equilibria, and the magnitude of voltage must be in the range of 380±5%. If not, find out the problems and solve them  (For example, the mid-wire of the low-pressure tank is in bad contact or there are something wrong with the transformer）. The distance between the equipment and the power transformer mustn’t be more than thirty meters. If a transformer is shared by many big types of equipment, the transformer must be put in the middle, then radiates to both side. Such collocation can reduce the line loss. Then use the generatrix to introduce.

3. Lead

According to the magnitude of the rated current of the electrical machine, select different kinds of lead.(see table 2).

Remark:

1. Smashing rotor electrical machine, High pressure centrifugal fan, grading electrical machine must be installed grounding or zeroing protection.

2. If you use aluminium cord, you must use the one a size bigger. 

4. Gas source

Gas source is the indispensable power source which ensures the normal working of the cloth bag deduster. It includes air compressor which produces compressed air, cooler, gasholder, main line percolator and other gas source processing devices (showed in fig. 4).

4.1 Air compressor

The quantity of the compressed air needed by different types of machine is showed in table 3.

Air compressor usually selects piston type or screw type. The piston type is more universal and the price is moderate. But the air discharge is followed by microseism. The screw type is expensive but the air discharge is continual.

4.2 Back cooler

Usually, the temperature of the compressed air discharged from air compressor is high. The oil and water contained in it is gaseous. If insufflated to the cloth bag directly, it will cause the cloth bag stained with dust. That will affect the normal working of the cloth bag. So the cooler must be installed behind the outlet of air compressor to absorb the energy of the compressed air promptly and make the temperature fall to 40-50℃. Then the water and oil in the compressed air will coagulate and be separated. Small-type air compressor is usually installed with the gasholder, so that it can separate the water and oil by the cooling of the gasholder surface. If the air compressor doesn’t have the gasholder or the back cooling, the customer must install the back cooling on your own.(wind-cooling type or water-cooling type).

4.3 Gasholder

The main function of the gasholder is pressure-stabilizing and supply plentiful compressed air instantaneously, and then separates the oil and water in the compressed air further. We usually choose the vertical type of gasholder of which the cubage is 0.5-1m³ and the highest working pressure is 1Mpa.

4.4 Main pipe percolator

The main pipe percolator is used for eliminating the dust, drip and oil stain. The main pipe percolator chosen must ensure that the highest working pressure is 1Mpa and the temperature of the environment and medium is about 5℃ to 60℃. In addition, the caliber of the connective pipe isφ1-3″.(The corresponding rated flux is 1.5-3.5m³/min).

5.Compressed air conduit

We can use the rigid tin pipe (GB3091) or flexible rubber pipe of high pressure (GB1186-92) as the airflow conduit to connect outlet of the main percolator of the gas source and the gas entrance of the deduster. Use the steel tube of which the caliber is φ1″(25)and the connected tube of which the interior diameter is φ31.5.

6.Workshop

The height of the lower string of the house frame must be higher than 7m.It may suspend 3-5 tons of suspending implement as well to make the installation and repair convenient. The acreage of the workshop must ensure that the complete plant can be installed inside. In addition, the acreage needed by the installation and operation of some accessory equipment and passage must be considered too. If the height or the acreage of the workshop is not enough, some remedial measure must be considered first according to the local conditions.

7.Base

It doesn’t need the special base to install the Hoop-Roller Mill below the type of HLM-780，but the ground must be stable and firm. The big-type machine above the model of HLM-880 and MT-188 needs special ferroconcrete base. The equipment supplier must supply the base design. The bases of the equipments can not interact with the workshop or intervene with each other. If the water table is high, take steps of waterproof. If the ground is floppy, reinforce it first. Control the position and the size of the pre-burying holes of the foundation bolts accurately in the process of constructing. The ejection of the pierce die must be convenient.

8.According to the practical situation, customers prepare necessary hoisting implement, such as crane, forklift, tripod and gourd to unload and install. Of cource, can prepare 3.5-10m3 of middle material storehouse.
