Preparation before commissioning

1.1 If the power supply transformer is used to meet the total installed power of the equipment, the selection of the air compressor should be matched with the equipment. Specific installed power and air compressor requirements as shown in Table 1 .

1.2 Close the main power switch and check whether the three-phase voltage of the power supply is normal.

1.3 Open the air compressor, send air into the dedusting gas bag, checking the pulse valve, poppet valve working condition one by one (note, the pulse valve and the poppet valve the work order must correspond).

1.4 One by one to test the motor, check the direction of rotation if correct. From the cover to the motor direction:

1.5 Check whether there is a foreign body in the electrical cabinet; whether the wiring is fastened; whether the manual transmission is flexible; check the pipe, the fastening screws of the connecting part of the body; the sealing of the pipeline.

1.6 Need to lubricate parts, whether the oil is sufficient.

1.7 After running about a month time, need to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, found problems, timely troubleshooting.
